The Voyageur Palettes were a celebration of color, texture, and artistry. Each one inspired by a different destination and mood. With curated color stories, the collection invited users to explore new expressions through pigment and play. Thinking of each image as a work of art that could be seen on the wall of a gallery, I drew inspiration from abstract painters like Piet Mondrian. The creative direction emphasized composition, texture, and color blocking to evoke a painterly sensibility. This approach matched NARS’ identity as an artistry brand perfectly. The campaign was built around the idea of makeup as modern art and was rolled out across digital, social, and in-store. Similarly, for the Pro Audacious Lip Palettes, I aimed to create assets that looked like fine art. Inspired by the paintings of Josef Albers, I balanced color with form to create striking visuals.
